自慢のブラウニ－ my signature brownies

大和撫子的にはためらいますが、自慢のブラウニです。
ハーゲンダッツのアイスクリームとかのせてもこのブラウニの方が
勝つんですよ。見た目は普通なのですが最高にバランスのいい配合です。
お届けできないのが残念です。
"what is your signature dish?"this is a question i had
been asked so many times when i used to work in a japanese restaurant
here in singapore ;i finally tell you the truth
(i am not working at this moment so)
this simple looking brownies are the ones.
(though i hope i had been good at cooking japanese food then )
i wish i could bring them over to all of you
who are kindly reading my blog.
although being humble is japanese tradition i should follow,
let me say this is the no1 brownies you can find in
singapore.
