seasoned pork and tau kwa(firm tofu)with soya sauce & sake and stir fry until they are cooked 80% then paste mixture of garlic miso(i made it several months back/all i have done was put garlic and miso paste in a jar),chopped spring onion and mirin and fry till cooked well.
